We offer two support packages:
1. Pay-As-You-Go (Hourly rate) -You can ring us and we will be on site as soon as we can fit you in which is typically same day. Current hourly rate is £70 + VAT and we offer concessions for charities and other not for profit organisations.
2. Annual prepaid Contract - tailored to suit your requirements. We offer hardware and software support for your existing IT infrasctructure. What makes us unique we believe is that we offer effectively unlimited support whereas most other IT Support Companies put a cap on the number of hours per month or sell support in fixed tranches of time. Telephone support is also included and remote diagnostics mean that we can fix many problems very quickly and efficiently by logging on to your computers remotely from our office.
