Support
We offer two support packages:
1. Pay-As-You-Go (Hourly rate) -You can ring us and we will be on site as soon as we can fit you in which is typically same day. Our hourly rate is £70 + VAT as of June 1st 2010. Existing customers on a maintenance contract (see below) will remain on the old price of £60.00+VAT per hour for additional consultancy that is outside of the maintenance contract.
2. Annual prepaid Contract - tailored to suit your requirements. We can offer hardware and/or software support with a quarterly meeting with yourselves to discuss your ongoing IT requirements. Our call-out response time is 8 hours, however as a valued contract customer you always receive priority over hourly-rate clients, which means very often we are onsite within 2 hours. Telephone support is also included and remote diagnostics can be included as an additional service. Rates are very competitive at £100 per site, plus £20 per PC/Mac, with concessions for home users and low usage sites.
